This Superb 20th century Squirrelman Coffee Table is made from solid Oak and in the refectory style. Wilf Hutchinson is an ex Mouseman craftsman who established Squirrel Woodcarvers in 1957 in Husthwaite near Thirsk. This is a superb example with an adzed single plank top supported with two shaped sides and the feet are joined a central stretcher. The distinctive squirrel signature is carved to one of the sides.
