The detailing on the drawers, side panels and legs has been handcarved from solid mahogany and then hand painted in a fawn grey with ivory accents and very mild distressing.The metalwork drawer handles are shaped acanthus leaves and have a curvaceous relief. Even the side panels are beautifully hand-carved; every part of this French Chest of Drawers is designed to be seen and enjoyed.
