This Superb quality mid 19th Century Antique Writing Table is by the renowned makers, Johnstone & Jeanes, 67 New Bond Street in London ca. 1860. It has a figured, moulded top above a frieze drawer and four beautifully turned upright supports. This fine antique writing table has a turned cross stretcher for added stability and four out-swept legs with brass cup castors.

This quality antique Victorian table has a beautifully figured oval top with moulded edge. The top can tilt with the original brass mechanism, this is ideal if you need to make some extra space. The top may also be removed for transport. It stands on four elegant turned pedestals with four scrolled carved legs with castors and is finished with a central turned finial.

This is a superb quality antique table that has a central removable leaf held in place using Brass D clips. The Mahogany is a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
