It has a large inverted break-fronted top with tooled leather writing insert and gadrooned carved edge. This sits above a long central drawer over large knee-hole and each pedestal has four graduating drawers with original brass handles. The sides are curved and canted and this quality desk stands on Ogee carved bracket feet. It has unusual blind fretwork carvings, splits into three sections for removal and has wonderful charm and character.

This elegant antique stands on tapering legs with spade feet and brass castors. It is finished all the way around so may be placed in the centre of the room if desired.
