Dating from ca. 1870 this Stunning 19th Century Victorian Walnut Antique Davenport Whatnot has a raised back with an inlaid sloping lid and the interior has several stationary divides with pen holder. Below is a writing slope that has the original wonderful worn embossed leather writing surface. The lid is hinged and has storage inside. This fine antique davenport has a what not design base with two tiers and turned upright supports.
