Country House Victorian Antique Campaign Desk

This 19th Century Antique Country House Writing Table / Desk dates from the Victorian era ca. 1850. It has a rectangular moulded top above an unusual drawer configuration with small central drawer flanked by four larger drawers. This fine antique desk stands on four turned tapering legs and comes with genuine charm and character of a piece that is over 150 years old.

This fine antique desk has a stunning kidney shaped moulded top with cross banded edge, boxwood and ebony string inlay. This sits above a shaped central drawer over knee hole flanked by two shaped drawers all with the original brass swan neck handles and beautifully cross banded with inlay. This elegant antique stands on tapering legs with spade feet and brass castors. It is finished all the way around so may be placed in the centre of the room if desired.

This unusual early 19th Century Regency Mahogany Antique Estate Cupboard with Fitted Interior dates from circa, 1830. It has an inverted breakfront top with moulded edge above two beautifully figured doors with key and working lock. The sides are reeded and the piece stands on fine small turned bun feet. The interior is unique comprising of several small mahogany lined drawers with turned handles and useful stationary compartments. It also has a fall front with leather writing insert.

Dating from ca. 1870 this Stunning 19th Century Victorian Walnut Antique Davenport Whatnot has a raised back with an inlaid sloping lid and the interior has several stationary divides with pen holder. Below is a writing slope that has the original wonderful worn embossed leather writing surface. The lid is hinged and has storage inside. This fine antique davenport has a what not design base with two tiers and turned upright supports.
